What Lisa Says: At first, this day cream reminded me a little of cold cream. Though it sports a faint pinkish hue and a creamy scent, it was very thick and didn't absorb into my skin very easily and I found my make-up kind of sat on top of my skin and slid around a little. But, after adding Biotherm Rides Repair Instant Polish to my regimen, this day cream absorbed right in. The lesson? The key to using this great day cream is exfoliating really well before using or you'll be disappointed. It did hydrate extremely well and while I didn't really notice a disappearance of fine lines, my skin did look healthier, more hydrated, was extremely soft and a bit plumper. All in all, this is a great little product for daytime hydration.

Review: Biotherm Rides Repair Instant Polish Resurfacing polisher - anti-wrinkle preparing care
- Mechanical action: the mineral micro-particles gently remove dead cells, and effectively polish the skin texture.
- Biological effect action: the biological effect peeling system helps to gently improve skin's natural cellular renewal process in order to optimize the action of your anti-wrinkle skincare.
Apply 2 to 3 times a week on wet skin. Avoid eye contours. Massage and rinse. Then apply your daily RIDES REPAIR skincare products.
What Lisa Says: I love, love, LOVE this product! I will tell you in advance that I really think this product is a "must" before using some of the other RIDES REPAIR products. When I received my box of products to test, for some reason, I overlooked this little gem until it was about 5 weeks into the testing period. At the time, I was testing another RIDES REPAIR product (look for that review next week) and not having much success. Once I started using this Resurfacing Polish, my results with this other product just took off! In essence, I can vouch for the claim that it boosts the effectiveness of follow up anti-wrinkle products.
This apricot-scented skin polish leaves your skin feeling and looking so exfoliated, smooth, vibrant and fresh. After putting on moisturizer and foundation my skin was glowing. It did allow deeper penetration of product but since I got started on it late it's difficult for me to judge cell turnover. I usually opt for chemical exfoliation but found that I have really enjoyed this product. Like the RIDES eye cream, a very small amount goes a long way. This product should last quite a while and I'm glad. Gee, did I already say how much I loved this product?

Review: Rides Repair Eye Intensive dermobiotic(TM) wrinkle reducer - Eye contour smoothing
What They Say: The 1st pure Silicium wrinkle repairing eye care, Rides Repair (pronounced reed repair) provides both instant and long lasting results.
Fast results

- Instant smoothing effect of the eye contour area
- Instant radiance

Long lasting results
- Skin appearance continues to show improvement even after 1 month of pause.
- Reducer effect on the appearance of wrinkles of the crow's foot.

What Lisa Says: At first I was put off by the thickness of this eye cream. I'm used to melt-into-your-skin type of creams that are usually much richer than my moisturizers. This felt as though it just sat on top of my skin at first. For that reason, you must really be aware of the amount you're using in the mornings and to make sure to pat and blend or your concealor will not stay put. But persistence won out and, in the long run, I was pleased by the performance of this eye cream that delivered as promised. Within 2 weeks I noticed the finer lines were not quite as noticeable. Also, some of the crêpe-ness on my eyelids was quite a bit firmer. It takes very little of this cream to hydrate and firm both eyes and you're done, so expect this product to last quite a while. The price is reasonable and right in line with Laura Mercier's "Night Nutrition", Clinique's "All About Eyes" and other lines that do just as good a job for around the same price. The fragrance smelled to me of something reminiscent of milk & honey and was barely noticeable. This cream really surprised me as I was set not to like it based on texture alone. I will definitely continue using this product until I've finished the jar and will re-evaluate how it's performing. All in all, this was a product that did what it was it would do for a price in line with what others are charging.

Biotherm Aquasource Non-Stop Oligo-Thermal Gel Intense Moisturization for Normal/Combination Skin
*Reduced to a concentration of our mineral-rich thermal spring water"
Jen's Experience: This moisturizer says it's for normal/combination skin, and for someone who has normal to dry skin, I think I would agree with their description. The texture of the moisturizer is very light and breathable, and works well underneath foundation or tinted moisturizer during these warm summer months. For my skin, it soaks in pretty much immediately in the normal areas, which is good for the weather, but some areas of my face, like around my chin, need extra moisture year round. Those who truly have normal to combination skin and are looking for a light, non-oily moisturizer for the summer months, this is a good choice. If you've got any dry areas, though, I would recommend looking through Biotherm's recommendations for dry or sensitive skin on their website.

Biotherm Biosource Eau Micellaire 3-in-1 (Cleanser, toner & eye make-up remover)
This exclusive formula removes eye make-up, cleanses the skin and tones the skin with oligo-minerals and mineral salts, offering your skin all the mineral elements needed for its daily regeneration.
In just one step, skin is purified, detoxified, clearer, fresher and more luminous."
Jen's Experience: I have probably mentioned this before, but when it comes to cleaning my skin every day, I am L-A-A-A-A-A-Z-Y. So, it's no surprise then that I absolutely love this new cleanser from Biotherm that does the work of three products all in one with no rinsing needed. And since no water is needed, just a cotton pad or a good tissue, it's perfect for traveling, camping or whatever your summer plans bring. A single cotton pad soaked with this stuff is enough to remove my highest-coverage foundations, so not only is it easy to use and convenient, most importantly, it works.

Review: Biotherm Body Resculpt Firm
What They Say: "Contour and firm your body with new, patented bio-elastide technology that helps prevent elastin damage. The rich, silky cream counteracts gravity's effects on your skin by stimulating collagen production, strengthening its supportive tissue. Skin regains tone and elasticity with daily use and feels soft and supple."
Jen's Experience: I've tried some great moisturizers in the past, but in general the ones I've tried that claim to reduce cellulite or firm are not the best of the bunch. This one reverses that trend.
I like the consistency of this product. It doesn't require too much to get good coverage on my legs, it spreads easily without being too runny, and the thickness is just enough to keep me moisturized throughout the day without being greasy. The scent of this one is a light rose fragrance that doesn't overwhelm, it's just pleasant. But does it firm? That's one of those subjective things that's difficult to say for sure, but my feeling is that it does, at least temporarily. Even if it didn't firm like it stated, this is one of my favorite body moisturizers I've tried this year.

Review: Biotherm Celluli Night Patch
What They Say: "An overnight body treatment patch that provides concentrated action on stubborn zones to help smooth and tone skin for a full 8 hours while you sleep. With regular use, the caffeine and ginkgo-enriched formula visibly reduces the appearance of cellulite and dimpled skin for a smoother, firmer appearance. For best results, use 2 to 3 times per week in combination with Biotherm Celluli-Peel gel during the day."
Jen's Experience: I went into testing this with some skepticism. After all, how many magazine articles have I read that proclaim there's no way to reduce cellulite outside of the a doctor's office (or medi-spa)? Well, I do have some areas that could use some -- um -- attention on the backside of my legs. And after my first use of this, I have to say I was pretty excited about the results. When I first pulled off the patches, there was definitely a reduction in the appearance of the cellulite. However, by the time I came home, the area, while still nicely moisturized had lost the firmness. After the 2nd and 3rd treatment, it did seem like the effect lasted longer, but not that much longer. And then the box was empty. So sad. But is it really worth $100 a month for a temporary fix?
So, I'm going to give you some advice. Save the $100 a month you could spend on a temporary fix and get a gym membership. And maybe some sessions with a trainer on the side. It may not be glamorous, but neither is going to bed with two giant patches on your backside.

Biotherm Eau Pure Invigorating Cool Mist
Revitalizing top notes of sparkling green citrus fruits: grapefruit, lemon, lime and kiwi, combined with rhubarb for clean, bracing freshness.
Purifying middle notes with the full, round fragrances of aquatic flowers like the lotus and the scent of green tea.
Warm bottom notes of moss, patchouli and musk to leave a deep, woodsy note in its wake."
Melissa Says: This scent, at least for me, is a bit too strong to spray all over. However, it IS uplifting and cool, and when spritzed once or twice, it elevates the mood a bit while smelling fresh, clean and crisp with a bit of depth. While it doesn't linger quite as long as some perfume fragrances, it can be a refreshing burst of aromatherapy for the day.
